La settima conferenza europea dei registrar ERC2010 è stata organizzata dal Netherlands Registrars Group – NRG, presso il Concertgebouw di Amsterdam.

Il programma, incentrato sul tema Being Green, ha visto alternarsi sessioni plenarie, workshop e seminari, in cui sono stati trattati vari argomenti come la sostenibilità in ambito museale e l’utilizzo di sistemi di gestione, nonchè di pratiche e procedure “verdi” a fronte di un contesto legislativo, relativo alla circolazione delle opere d’arte, sempre più complesso.

La sesta conferenza europea dei registrar è stata organizzata da swissregistrar, presso il Congress Center di Basilea.

Nelle due giornate di convegno, sono stati affrontati i seguenti argomenti: diverse tipologie di spazi per l’arte; collezionisti e musei; problematiche e opportunità derivanti dai nuovi musei nel medio oriente; documentazione e archiviazione del lavoro museale; collezionare, inventariare ed esporre i nuovi media; questioni etiche nel lavoro museale: leggi, controlli e procedure; musei ed artisti viventi: interessi potezialmente in contrasto?

La quinta conferenza europea dei registrar, organizzata presso l’Auditorium del Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofia a Madrid dall’ARMICE, ha visto la partecipazione di 460 tra registrar, professionisti museali e operatori commerciali del settore.

Nei due giorni di convegno sono stati affrontati diversi temi di grande interesse, tra cui: come coniugare design architettonico e requisiti museali; lo sviluppo della figura professionale dei registrar in Spagna, Italia e Svizzera; la gestione della qualità nei musei; la mobilità delle collezioni e le conclusioni delle conferenze di Manchester 2005 e Helsinki 2006; l’indennità governativa europea e molto altro ancora.

III conferenza europea dei registrar di opere d’arte

La terza conferenza europea dei registrar di opere d’arte , organizzata da Registrarte con il patrocinio del Ministero per i Beni e le Attività Culturali, del Comune di Roma, Assessorato alle Politiche Culturali e il supporto di vari operatori privati, ha fatto seguito alle due precedenti edizioni della stessa manifestazione (Londra 1998, Parigi 2000), costituendo un’ulteriore occasione di dibattito ed approfondimento per gli operatori del settore, oltre che un evento di particolare rilevanza nel panorama dei Beni Culturali italiani, non ultimo in virtù della presenza di ben oltre trecento partecipanti tra registrar e addetti ai lavori provenienti da tutta l’Europa e dagli Stati Uniti.

Il programma degli interventi dà la misura di quanto le tematiche affrontate abbiano contribuito alla diffusione della conoscenza della figura professionale del registrar di Opere d’arte in Italia, permettendo ai professionisti del settore di confrontarsi su problematiche di comune interesse. Dall’ampia trattazione dei temi è emerso infatti un panorama multiforme e variegato – per modalità operative individuali o nazionali, per efficacia o potenzialità tecnica e gestionale, per finalità e caratteristiche delle singole professionalità coinvolte – delle attività che il registrar è chiamato ad assolvere secondo i principi dell’attuale modello di riferimento europeo, di cui l’Italia solo ora (purtroppo in ritardo) inizia a prendere concretamente coscienza. A ribadire che lo scopo dichiarato di questa terza edizione della Conferenza era proprio quello di definire e promuovere il profilo professionale del registrar anche nel nostro Paese.

È proprio sulle problematiche relative alla gestione delle mostre d’arte in sede di scambi e collaborazioni internazionali (norme europee in fatto d’esportazione e spedizione dei beni culturali; prestito di opere d’arte conservate nelle chiese; accompagnamento delle opere in prestito; movimentazione speciale; mostre itineranti; sicurezza delle sedi espositive) che si è concentrato il maggior interesse dei relatori e del pubblico partecipante al dibattito, avviando una serie di interventi collaterali rispetto ai temi previsti che hanno favorito l’individuazione dei principali temi di riferimento per la formulazione di una futura normativa che possa assolvere in sede europea alle nuove esigenze di carattere professionale e culturale e rimediare a carenze che la mancata collaboratività ha fin troppo spesso messo in evidenza.

La seconda conferenza europea, che si è tenuta presso l’Auditorium des Galeries Nationales du Grand Palais, è stata organizzata dall’AFROA e ha affrontato i seguenti temi: i condition report per le mostre temporanee, clausole fondamentali nei contratti di assicurazione delle opere d’arte, sinistri e deprezzamento delle opere, il ruolo del registrar nella conservazione preventiva, l’organizzazione del magazzino, handling e sicurezza delle opere in Europa nei viaggi aerei, sinistri ad opera di terze parti, registrar e arte contemporanea.
